Returns
Items can be returned (in original condition) within 14 days of receipt. Shipping is not refunded unless I have made a mistake. Personalized items cannot be returned and sales of digital patterns are final.
Privacy
Your privacy matters. My shop has SSL which adds security when you enter your information at checkout. Payments are processed by PayPal or Stripe who strive to keep your information as secure as possible. Apple users may use Apple Pay which is administered by Stripe. I do not collect or use your personal information except for the purpose of shipping.
Sales Tax
Sales Taxes will be collected as required.
Domestic Shipping
I will ship your order promptly within 1-3 business days using USPS first class mail with tracking. You will receive an email with tracking information when your item ships. Tracking details can take up to 24hours to update. If you are local I am happy to arrange for you to pick up your order. *Local pickup suspended due to the current pandemic situation - All orders will be shipped*
International Shipping
I ship internationally using USPS first class mail with tracking where available. I do not ship to Germany because of German government recycling laws or to Italy because of Italian government restrictions on the import of embroidered textile items.
Customs/Import Taxes
It is the customer's responsibility to be aware of local import taxes/VAT/customs fees. I am not responsible for these. UK customers, please note that your import threshold for VAT is 15Pounds Sterling and anything over that will be liable for VAT. This will be processed by your Post Office who also have a service charge for collecting and remitting the VAT.
General Information
No-one in our house smokes so items are made and stored in a smoke free environment.
